“The game puts you in the shoes of ex-soldier Cutter Slade (about as unoriginal a name I’ve ever heard). Basically, some idiot scientists trying to send a probe through a dimensional rift to another universe screw up big time and create a big rip in the fabric of space. Of course, you’re volunteered to lead a team of scientists through the rift to the parallel universe.”
