Against Pro Gamers

According to Cached, net, XSReality has an article that is against Professional Gaming. Here’s a blurb from Cache himself on the topic:

“I’m usually indifferent on these types of subjects because whether to CPL is promised $42 million, fatal1ty earns $100,000 a year, or esports.united wins $25,000, the community sites still don’t see any of it, posting for the love of the games. If the CPL loses its sponsors, fatal1ty retires, or esports.united breaks up, we’ll probably still be here doing the same thing. However, Fred’s column did make me think about this whole “making a living” business, so here we go. Should the ‘career goal’ of the players be to make a living off the people trying to make a living as Professional Gamers and not as Professional Gamers?”
