I tried out the Impossible Creatures demo last night. I didn’t get far though, just to the part to create an army because Nicodemus (cat) decided to go bonkers and run around the house like a maniac. By then I wanted to finish making dinner any ways so I saved it and closed it to play later. I guess I shouldn’t put catnip around a cat that already acts like he’s on catnip, right? He has this new cat spa that is ‘supposed’ to get the cat to rub their own neck, gums and such. Really, there’s a type of gum stimulation that allows the cat to rub his gums on there instead of your hand.
Well, when I first bought it about a week ago he went right to the gum thing and rubbed on it, and that’s it. He has no interest in it lately because it ‘doesn’t move’. This cat is all about what’s moving. So if a toy isn’t moving, forget it there’s no interest unless he’s on catnip.
I went to Walmart to get some groceries and other house cleaning products and bought him some catnip. I had lots of bags I brought in and placed them by the kitchen. Nicodemus walked up to them, prancing with a different expression than normal. He crawled in one of the bags and made some noise. I completely forgot I had bought the catnip until he pulled out the little bag and was going to SNEAK off with it. heheh. I was like “OH NO you don’t. That was supposed to be a surprise!” Grabbed it, threw some around his cat spa and then watched him go at it. By that time I was done installing Impossible Creatures and finished some of the tutorial.
