Queen Leo has been released into the Youtube jungle.
All of the sound effects such as the doorbell ring, knocking on the door and the telephone ring were all recorded after the video recording. The honking was not pre-recorded and happened during the pretend phone conversation. I thought at the moment, do I need to start over because I live in a LOUD city? Nah, I worked it into the video.
I had some issues trying to get her accent down to the way I wanted. Some of it would have been better if I didn’t do everything on the fly and practiced her before recording. All I had in mind was a women that collected a man for each day of the week and a few guy names. Everything else was me thinking right at the spur of the moment on the dialog on all of it, which is probably noticeable. I find that I am much funnier when I don’t over think things.
So, I have another video gal that I may at least try to practice before hand and get down a dialog for her. Some of my friends have heard me with this accent and have been scared about how well I can do it. ohhhhhh, now you’re curious!
